Our restored country manor house is located near the Smoky Mountains, nestled in the beautiful town of Andrews, North Carolina. Western North Carolina is well known for white water rafting, kayaking, trout fishing, hiking, hunting, horseback riding and panning for gems. Andrews Southern Charm Bed & Breakfast provides a respite from the hectic life and an opportunity to enjoy all that is Western North Carolina.

Our lovely quiet bed and breakfast home was built c.1910 by a prominent banking and mercantile family. The house served as a private family residence until the mid 1990's when it was thoughtfully renovated. Care was taken during renovation to preserve many of the original architectural features. There are hardwood floors throughout, transom windows over the doorways, high ceilings, original mantels, bead board and covered porches.

In the mornings a full home-cooked gourmet comfort food breakfast starts off your day. Breakfast is at 8:30 am and is served in the dining room. Our cuisine changes daily and features freshly ground coffee, a large selection of fine teas, seasonal fruit, juices and unique hot entrees. We will try our best to accommodate any special dietary needs, please let us know at time of reservation. Kitchen privileges for other meals are available upon prior request. Picnic lunches or dinner for two for a special event can be arranged. Please inquire at time of reservation.
Other guest amenities include microwave, refrigerator, complimentary snacks, tea, coffee and soft drinks, free wireless internet and local phone calls. Board games, lending library, magazines, puzzles and relaxing conversations will enhance the day's activities. There is also ample private parking. We have some covered parking available for our motorcycle friends.

Rates start at $140.00 per night plus tax. 2 night minimum and price is based on double occupancy, extra person charges will apply.

Whether it is a family reunion, a couples weekend retreat, a scrap book festival, girls weekend out or just some friends wanting to spend time away from the kids, we have the place for you to be pampered and relaxed. Special whole-house rental requires a two night minimum and can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.
